You can use CBE Public Search to check whether the trader with whom you have concluded or wish to conclude a contract meets this requirement.

Note: Do not confuse illicit work with undeclared work. Undeclared work involves an employee who performs services under the authority of their employer without being (pre)declared to Social Security.
