Poor Customer Service (No Contact Details for the Company, No Response, No Toll-Free Phone Number, etc.)
The company must make it easy for you to contact them by providing their contact details, such as a phone number, fax number, email address or an online form. The company is obligated to handle all complaints it receives and to try to resolve them as quickly as possible. If unable to do so, the company must then inform you of which other agency/authority can assist in resolving your issue, preferably through mediation. The company may not require existing customers to call a premium-rate number to reach customer service..
