A door-to-door salesperson is required by law to give you some information prior to a purchase or contract, including:

• the company’s identity and address;
• the phone number;
• the main features of your purchase/contract;
• the total price;
• information on the right of withdrawal.

This information should be clear and understandable and provided in writing (or by e-mail, with your permission).
