Purchase Regret: No Right of Withdrawal for Purchase in Physical Shop
Did you buy something in a store? Did you change your mind afterwards? Generally, the product cannot be returned to the store. However, as a gesture of goodwill, the seller may exchange or refund the product. They are not obliged to do so though.
If you receive a price offer in a shop and later accept it by phone or email, you cannot exercise your right of withdrawal.
However, if you only request information in the shop and then complete you purchase later by phone or email, it is considered a remote purchase.
