Purchase/Sale of Used Car (Car-Pass)
When selling a used vehicle, the seller is required to include a descriptive condition of the vehicle and its parts in the sales contract. In addition, the seller must also provide you with a valid Car-Pass with the vehicle's mileage history.
If the seller does not provide you with a valid Car-Pass, you may cancel the sale.
Are you selling a car to a private individual yourself (not to a self-employed person/company)? Then you must also provide the buyer with a valid Car-Pass.
