Regret of Entering into Telecom Contract Concluded via Door-to-Door Sale (Right of Withdrawal)

Did you buy something outside a shop, such as at a door-to-door sale? Then you have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 calendar days, without providing a reason and free of charge. That right is known as the right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period begins on the date the contract was concluded.

You may cancel the contract:

  • by using a model form provided by the seller
  • by making a clear statement of your intention to withdraw from the contract: by telephone, email or post. It is recommended that you terminate the contract in writing so that you have proof that you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
