To receive the latest alerts regarding hazardous non-food products, you can sign up for the newsletter (available in Dutch or French). 

If you own a product affected by an alert, stop using it immediately. Contact the retailer or manufacturer to find out how to return the product and receive any compensation you may be entitled to. 

If that information is already included in the alert, simply follow the steps indicated.
