If your contract includes an indexation clause, the company has the right to adjust the price in line with the terms specified in the contract. This means the price can be adjusted periodically based on a specific formula outlined in the contract.

That price indexation clause must be explicitly stated in the contract. If there is no clause in the contract, the company cannot revise the price based on indexation. Furthermore, the clause must be very specific and clearly defined. A general reference to the consumer price index is not sufficient.
