The label and instructions for use must be written in a language that the average consumer understands, in line with the linguistic region in which the goods or services are offered.
For products marketed in Belgium, this means: Dutch in the Dutch-speaking part of the country, French in the French-speaking part, and both languages in the Brussels-Capital Region.
