Unsolicited Delivery

A seller may not provide a product or service, or induce you to purchase it, if you have not requested it in advance.

You are under no obligation to pay for a product or service you have received unsolicited. Nor are you required to return it.

Failure to respond does not mean you agree to the purchase.

Have you accepted an offer to receive something (e.g., a sample package)? However, do you then receive other unsolicited shipments? You are only required to pay if the company's offer clearly stated that you would receive and be charged for those shipments. This information must be included in the offer itself, not just in the general terms and conditions. In that case, the follow-up shipments are not part of the original agreement, and you are not required to pay for them.

You have the option to cancel payments and ask for a refund. If you paid by credit card, please contact www.mijnkaart.be. If you paid by debit card or set up a direct debit, contact your bank.
