No Delivery or Partial Delivery

Have you not received the product within the 30 days or by the agreed date? If so, you must provide the seller with a new reasonable deadline to make the delivery.

If the seller does not deliver within the new deadline, you are entitled to terminate the contract and a refund.

In certain situations, you can end the contract immediately and without charge if the delivery was delayed. This is the case if you specified at the time of the order that meeting the delivery deadline is a priority for you. Examples include buying a wedding dress before the date of the wedding.

In the case of contract termination, no fees or costs may be charged by the company. Did you pay a deposit or the full price? Then the business must refund you that amount in full within 30 days.

If you haven't received your product, you may be dealing with a scam website.

A product that was partially delivered is equivalent to a product that was not delivered. In that case, you may be able to invoke the guarantee scheme. Notify the seller of the defect as soon as possible, within two months of identifying the issue, or within a longer period if specified in the contract terms.
