The profession of real estate brokerage may only be performed by agents registered with the Institute of Professional Real Estate Agents (IPI).
If a real estate agent is not complying with their statutory or deontological obligations, you can report it to the IPI.
The BIV does not deal with disputes between a client and a real estate agent, such as disagreements about compensation, the termination of a contract or payments. For such matters, you can contact an Ombudsman service.
