Have you won an online bet, but the payment was not made? Or do you disagree with the announced result?

Winnings are only paid out if the bet is valid and complies with the rules of the game (as stated in the general terms and conditions).

A payout may be refused or canceled if:

• the terms of the bet were not met;
• a technical error occurred;
• the displayed odds were clearly incorrect.

In the event of a blatant error, the original stake will be refunded, but not the winnings.

Only games of chance offered by operators licensed by the Gaming Commission are permitted, whether they are established in Belgium or abroad. If you gamble on an illegal gambling site and do not receive your winnings, you have no recourse.

The Gaming Commission maintains a list of blocked illegal gambling sites as well as a list of legal gambling sites.
